Cameron Bready – president, chief executive officer and member of the board of directors of Global Payments – is an experienced global business leader who has served in a variety of top leadership roles at public companies over his nearly 30-year career. Most recently, he was president and chief operating officer for Global Payments, overseeing the company’s worldwide merchant solutions businesses across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America, along with worldwide operations, risk management, product and real estate. From 2014 to 2019, Cameron served as the company’s senior executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Prior to joining Global Payments in 2014, Cameron served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for ITC Holdings Corp., a publicly-traded electric transmission utility, where he was responsible for the company's accounting, finance, treasury and other related financial functions, as well as its corporate development initiatives. Cameron joined ITC Holdings in April 2009 after serving as vice president of finance at Northeast Utilities and, prior to that, senior vice president at Mirant Corporation.

Cameron has been recognized by Institutional Investor as one of "America's Best CFOs" multiple times, by Crain's Detroit Business as "CFO of the Year" and by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as “CFO of the Year” in the large public company category. He is a member of the board of directors of Crawford & Company®, the world’s largest publicly-listed independent provider of claims management and outsourcing solutions. Cameron also serves as a member of the board of directors of the Electronic Transactions Association, the leading trade association for the payments industry; chairman of the board of trustees of Oglethorpe University; member of the board of trustees of Pace Academy; and member of the board of directors of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.

Cameron holds a bachelor of business administration degree from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta. He and his wife, Mary, live in Atlanta with their three children.

As senior executive vice president and chief human resources officer for Global Payments, Andréa Carter is responsible for developing and leading all aspects of the company’s people and talent organization. In this role, she is responsible for human capital strategies, performance standards, enhancements to corporate culture and full engagement of a global, diverse workforce. With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, Andréa’s focus is on developing initiatives and executing strategies and programs that focus on building a world class talent function.

Andréa joined the company in 2017 as senior vice president, human resources – corporate, international and talent management. Most recently, she served as senior vice president, human resources – merchant, supporting Global Payments’ worldwide merchant solutions businesses across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America along with worldwide operations, risk management, product and real estate.

Prior to joining Global Payments, Andréa served as chief human resources officer for Habitat for Humanity. She has held various HR leadership roles in multiple industries and organizations such as Ralph Lauren, Newell Rubbermaid and The Home Depot. 

Andréa holds a bachelor’s degree from Tennessee State University. In 2020, Andréa was recognized by Atlanta Magazine as one of the 12 “Women Making A Mark” and by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of Atlanta’s “Women Who Mean Business.” Andréa was selected to be a member of The Executive Leadership Council’s (ELC) Class of 2022, and the National Diversity Council named her one of the Top 100 Women in Business for 2022. She currently serves on the board of directors for Churchill Downs Inc., a publicly traded company.

Robert “Bob” Cortopassi – senior executive vice president and president of international and vertical markets – is a seasoned executive leader with a breadth of technology, commerce, and global business expertise amassed over his 30 plus year career. Bob currently leads Global Payments’ portfolio of vertical market software businesses, international merchant acquiring and multi-national commerce, as well as operations and global product. He is also the executive sponsor of the Global Payments Women’s Network.   

Bob joined Global Payments in 2012 as part of the Accelerated Payment Technologies (APT) acquisition. Since then, he has helped lead the company’s strategic pivot to technology-led distribution through organic growth of the integrated payments business and many software-centric acquisitions. Prior to his current role, Bob was responsible for Global Payments’ integrated and ISV partner channel business, which operated under the brands Global Payments Integrated, OpenEdge, PayPros, and Accelerated Payment Technologies.

Prior to joining Global Payments, Bob served as senior vice president of APT, overseeing product, marketing, technology, and operations.  He was part of the executive leadership team that consummated the APT sale to Global Payments in 2012. Before joining APT in 1996, he held operations and engineering roles at Canon Computer Systems, Inc. 

Bob has been a recognized speaker, contributor, and committee leader for industry associations, such as the Electronic Transactions Association and PCI Security Standards Council, and has served on numerous corporate, non-profit, and governmental boards of directors. Bob lives in the greater Salt Lake City, UT area with his wife and four children.

As senior executive vice president and chief administrative and legal officer at Global Payments, David Green’s responsibilities include legal, data privacy, regulatory compliance, corporate marketing, global facilities real estate, enterprise risk management, government relations, operations, internal and external communications and community affairs. 

Prior to his most recent appointment, David spent 20 years in various roles in the legal department at the company, including the last 10 years as senior executive vice president and general counsel, responsible for all of the company’s legal matters worldwide. David has led negotiations for the company’s most transformational transactions, including the acquisition of Heartland in 2016, the TSYS merger in 2019 and the acquisition of EVO Payments in 2023. Prior to joining Global Payments, David practiced law with King & Spalding LLP in Atlanta. 

David is the past executive sponsor of the company’s LGBTQIA+ employee resource group, the Global Payments Pride Network. He has been recognized as General Counsel of the Year by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and is a member of the Government Relations Committee of the Electronic Transactions Association, the leading trade association for the payments industry. 

David holds a bachelor of arts degree from Duke University and received his law degree from the Emory University School of Law. He and his wife, Laura, live in Atlanta with their two children.

As senior EVP and CIO of Global Payments, Shannon’s responsibilities include technology and digital business strategies, worldwide technology infrastructure and operations management, software engineering delivery, information security, program and portfolio management, analytics and artificial intelligence, and global platform integration. Shannon is a proven IT leader with demonstrated success leading global multinational teams specializing in technology transformation and delivery, and is known for business alignment and delivery of business value. Her responsibilities include driving technology strategies and operational excellence at global scale. She is proud to be the executive sponsor of the Global Payments Pride Network, and founder and executive sponsor of the Global Payments Mentorship Program.  

Prior to joining Global Payments in 2016, Shannon had various c-level roles: CIO at Mspark, a results oriented advertising and marketing services company; COO at ShopVisible, a SaaS software company for B2B and B2C e-commerce; and CTO at Points of Light, a national non-profit organization focused on volunteerism and civic engagement.

Shannon serves as the technology chair on the board of Deutsche-Boerse, a German multinational offering marketplace organizing for the trading of shares and other securities. She is also an executive ambassador for TechBridge, a non-profit harnessing the power of data, tech, collaboration and community to change the world, and was co-chair of their 2023 Digital Ball.

Shannon previously served on the boards of Women in Technology, the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) Diversity Council, and Tech Birmingham. She was recognized by Frost and Sullivan as the winner of the CIO Impact Award - Advanced Analytics and Big Data (2015), was awarded the Women of the Year in Technology Award by Women in Technology (WIT) in 2009, and in 2021 was listed among the Top 25 financial services CTOs by The Financial Technology Report. In 2023, the Atlanta Business Chronicle named her to its Women of Influence list.

Shannon holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University (Armstrong Campus, Savannah, Georgia), and currently resides in Atlanta with her husband, Alex.

Gaylon Jowers currently serves as senior executive vice president and president of the TSYS Issuer Solutions business, a Global Payments company. Issuer Solutions serves close to 200 clients in nearly 80 countries around the world with its services and products. The business services more than 638 million traditional accounts on file.

Gaylon is a 28-year veteran of TSYS that has held several key management positions since 1991, including leadership roles in which he was responsible for the company’s international business, debit, prepaid, loyalty, debt management, e-commerce, global account management and sales, corporate strategy and marketing initiatives.

He serves on the board of directors for China UnionPay Data Services, Ltd. (CUP Data), TSYS' joint venture with China UnionPay (CUP).

Gaylon holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in management from Troy State University. He is an active member of the local Columbus, Georgia community through the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce by serving on the Columbus 2025 Committee.

As president of the U.S. & Canada merchant solutions business, Vince Lombardo oversees the payment, payroll, and point of sale businesses in the U.S. and Canada. The U.S. & Canada merchant business consists of multi-channel distribution, service, product, technology, and enablement teams, made up of nearly 6,000 employees that serve their customers and partners in excellence.  

Prior to becoming president of the U.S. and Canada merchant solutions business, Vince served in multiple sales leadership roles within Heartland and Global Payments, ultimately serving as chief sales officer in 2014 and president of the U.S. payroll and payments business in 2019. During his 19 years with the company, Vince has applied his people-first approach and focus on developing customer-focused go-to-market strategies to help Global Payments grow to become one of the largest direct providers of payments, payroll, and point of sale solutions in the U.S. and Canada.

Vince believes strongly in servant-based leadership and creating an environment where people are supported to pursue the best version of themselves while doing meaningful and purposeful work.  Along with his passion for aviation, he is an advocate for economic and community development in Oklahoma City, where he was named one of the top 10 influential leaders in OKC by 405Business magazine. Vince also serves on the board of directors for the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce.  

Vince holds a B.S. in aviation and a minor in business administration from Saint Louis University. He resides in Edmond, Oklahoma with his wife of 19 years, along with their four children.

David Rumph is an executive vice president and the chief strategy and corporate finance officer of Global Payments. In this role, he leads the development and execution of Global Payments’ worldwide strategy, including: strategic planning and analysis; sourcing; evaluation; and  execution and integration of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Additionally, David oversees enterprise initiatives and the firm’s fintech innovation investments. David also leads the global corporate finance function, encompassing financial planning and analysis, as well as treasury.  

Most recently, David served as executive vice president of corporate finance and treasury for Global Payments and was responsible for enterprise financial planning and analysis, global treasury functions and financial ownership for the corporate functions. 

David was instrumental in the planning, diligence and integration of Global Payments’ 2019 merger with TSYS. He joined TSYS in 2011 and held numerous leadership roles across treasury, financial planning and analysis, and mergers and acquisitions, supporting the company's revenue diversification strategy which led to roughly a tripling of revenues and profits. Prior to joining TSYS, he spent about a decade at The Home Depot and Turner (Time Warner) in a variety of finance and accounting roles.

David earned a bachelor’s of business administration in accounting and management information systems from The University of Georgia and a master’s degree in business administration from Georgia State University. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife and two children.

As executive vice president and general counsel, Dara Steele-Belkin is responsible for all of the company’s legal, data privacy and regulatory compliance matters worldwide. Dara leads a team of talented legal and compliance professionals who strive to reduce friction and risk within the business, while maximizing innovation and opportunity. 

Dara previously served as assistant general counsel and chief privacy officer, advising and supporting the business to enable privacy compliance throughout the world. Dara also led the team that provides legal support to Global Payments' Business Technology Services group by advising, negotiating, and drafting the company’s third-party technology licenses, service and other outsourcing agreements on a worldwide basis, including negotiations of strategic partnership negotiations with major cloud technology vendors. Since joining the company in 2007, Dara's varied roles have given her the opportunity to provide legal support to the company’s issuer, U.K. and European merchant, and various of its vertical markets-focused businesses.  

Dara joined Global Payments after spending five years as a litigator with Sutherland Asbill and Brennan LLP (now Eversheds Sutherland). While at Sutherland, Dara specialized in commercial litigation, focusing primarily on professional liability defense and advising in the areas of antitrust and deceptive trade practices. Dara joined Sutherland following the completion of a federal judicial clerkship with Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Prior to her clerkship with Judge Kollar-Kotelly, Dara served as judicial law clerk to Chief Judge Joel F. Dubina, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Dara received her J.D. magna cum laude from Duke Law School and holds a B.A. in English, awarded cum laude from Duke University. 

Dara proudly serves on the board of directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and their youngest child, missing their elder two children while they are away at college.

As the senior executive vice president and chief financial officer of Global Payments, Josh Whipple is responsible for all global financial operations including finance, treasury, accounting and tax, as well as investor relations and internal audit. Josh is also responsible for corporate development and enterprise risk management. From 2015 to 2022, Josh served as the company’s chief strategy and enterprise risk officer where he was responsible for the company’s corporate strategy, which included mergers and acquisitions, integrations, joint ventures and similar transactions. Josh was also responsible for enterprise risk management, business resiliency, business and enterprise compliance and government relations.

Prior to becoming CFO, Josh executed numerous transactions totalling more than $40 billion in value, and he played a key role in leading the company’s strategic transformation to a technology-enabled, software-driven enterprise. Notably, he helped lead Global Payments’ merger with TSYS and the integration of the businesses in 2019. He also helped lead the acquisition and integration of Heartland Payment Systems, the second largest transaction in Global Payments’ history.

Prior to joining Global Payments, Josh spent more than a decade in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns. During his tenure, he assisted management teams, boards of directors and special committees on a wide range of advisory and financing assignments.

Josh holds a B.B.A. in finance from The College of William & Mary and earned his M.Sc. in finance from London Business School. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife and two children.
